Lunaya by ZAYA x FIVE Terraces is a low-rise development (G+7 with roof terrace) within the Lunaya masterplan in Saih Shuaib 1, Jebel Ali. The project comprises five buildings — Cove, Reef, Haven, Shore and Bay — with 63 units each, eight per floor. The "living terraces" concept translates into generous planted terraces that carry the greenery of the community right into the apartment.

Two established names stand behind the project. ZAYA, founded in 2008 by Nadia Zaal, is known for Al Barari, one of Dubai's greenest and most exclusive residential communities and the inspiration behind Lunaya. Within Lunaya, 65% of the site is given over to landscaped gardens and green parks, with a 900,000 sq ft swimmable crystal lagoon at its heart. Apartments are sold freehold on a 25/75 payment plan: a limited capital outlay during construction, with the remainder due on handover and financeable through a bank in Dubai.
